How to set smart and actionable goals

Smart Goals
S = Specific
M = Measurable
A = Actionable
R = Realistic
T = Time-based

Actionable goals should get from your head to your hand, it should be in your heart

H = Health. It should support tour health
E = Enduring. It should be something that you wouldn't easily give up on.
A = Alluring. It should be something that you don't struggle to do, it should be enticing enough.
R = Relevant. It should be relevant.
T = Truth. Set goals that is true to you, don't set your neighbour's goal.
